Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with XFactor. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.


7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.

  2. If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged package/product

We will review and assist you with a replacement or resolution.
